Tapping for Overwhelm

Are you tired of constantly feeling overwhelmed with your to-do list and bogged down by negative emotions?
As women and or mums, we often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders and it can be exhausting. But there is a way to release that pressure and find inner peace. Join me in this tapping meditation where we will let go of those heavy emotions and find relief in just a few minutes. Simply tap along with me, either out loud or in your head, and feel the weight lift off your shoulders. You deserve to feel lighter and more at ease, so take some time for yourself and let's tap away that overwhelm together. Try it now and see its positive impact on your well-being.
Signs of overwhelm include:
- Feeling constantly exhausted or fatigued
- Trouble sleeping or staying asleep, even when tired
- Difficulty focusing or concentrating on tasks
- Irritability and mood swings
- Frequent headaches or body aches without a clear cause
- Loss of interest in activities that used to bring joy
- Constant worrying or racing thoughts
- Avoiding social interactions or responsibilities
- Changes in appetite, either overeating or loss of appetite
- Feeling like there is never enough time to get everything done
- Trouble making decisions and feeling indecisive
- Physical symptoms such as stomachaches, nausea, or chest tightness
- Difficulty managing emotions and reacting strongly to minor triggers
Before tapping check-in with yourself and your level of current overwhelm on a scale of 0-10 – 10 being feeling extremely overwhelmed. Repeat this exercise as often as you can and continue to check in and rate yourself on this scale and watch your overwhelm decrease as you tap.

In case you're new to my world here's a little bit about me.
I'm a mum of 3 children, Alice our firstborn is sadly not with us. Her birth and loss threw me into a deep state of trauma, grief and depression. Pregnant with my second baby, I found Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping.
My passion is to hold space for Mums to connect with themselves like they never have before. To help them let go of emotions, traumas, and beliefs of the past - so they can step into who they are truly here to be and live the life they've always dreamed of.
