I'm sure you've got a lot going on right now, and self-care is probably low down your priority list.
Motherhood is truly a unique experience. We can very easily forget a very significant part of ourselves, our Soul. Think of a triangle. One corner is the mind, the other corner is the body and the other is the soul. If we neglect any of these three, what happens to the triangle?
Don't worry you aren't the only one! So many people aren't truly connected with their souls for a variety of reasons, but here are some great ways to get more in tune with what lights you up:
1. Tapping / Emotional Freedom Technique (more about this later 👇)
2. Journalling / Dream Day Diary - each day write up what your 'dream day' would look like
3. Find a coach / tarot reader / energy healer
4. Create a daily ritual just for you - start drinking cacao, take flower essences, do some yoga
5. Have clear boundaries, start saying no, without any guilt
6. Meditation - join long deep healing ones, or sit in silence for just a few minutes
7. Buy some Oracle cards or a pendulum and start using them to connect with your higher self
8. Read Spiritual books that remind you of your soul's purpose
9. Write a list of what 'lights you up' and what makes you feel good - use this list often to get you back on track
10. Spend time with like-minded souls that lift you up and support you
Try and find time to check in with yourself each day, even just a few minutes. Then start using one of the above practices to help you on a daily or regular basis.

In case you're new to my world here's a little bit about me.
I'm a mum of 3 children, Alice our first born is sadly not with us. Her birth and loss threw me into a deep state of trauma, grief and depression. Pregnant with my second baby, I found Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping.
This technique saved me. It continues to improve my life beyond belief and I am now committed to sharing it as far and wide as possible.
My passion is to hold space for Mums to connect with themselves like they never have before. To help them let go of emotions, traumas, and beliefs of the past - so they can step into who they are truly here to be and live the life they've always dreamed of.
