I'm sure you've got a lot going on right now, and self-care is probably low down your priority list.
Becoming a mother can be all-consuming in all the best ways.
It can bring with it an intense and extreme range of emotions AND thoughts. You may have even had intrusive thoughts. This can often be the most vulnerable time of your life. Try and find compassion for yourself.
Here's a few tools to help you look after your mind:
1. Tapping / Emotional Freedom Technique (more about this later 👇)
2. Journalling or Morning Pages
3. Find a coach, therapist, mentor
4. Give your ego a name and start talking back to it - it reduces its power over you
5. Feng Shui your home - less clutter, clearer mind
6. Meditation - just a few minutes a day
7. Gratitude - write down three things you were thankful for yesterday
8. Make some changes - do something different, change the story
9. Mindfulness - try be more present in your usual daily tasks
10. Positive affirmations + mantras
Try and find time for you each day, even just a few minutes to check in with yourself, be the detective. Try and find out what thoughts run through your mind. Become aware of them, write them down, and then you can start working on releasing them. Most negative beliefs were created a long time ago... so are they still true or necessary? You have the power to change your thoughts, and then the rest all follows.

Hi, I'm Sarah...
In case you're new to my world here's a little bit about me.
I'm a mum of 3 children, Alice our first born is sadly not with us. Her birth and loss threw me into a deep state of trauma, grief and depression. Pregnant with my second baby, I found Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping.
This technique saved me. It continues to improve my life beyond belief and I am now committed to sharing it as far and wide as possible.
My passion is to hold space for Mums to connect with themselves like they never have before. To help them let go of emotions, traumas, and beliefs of the past - so they can step into who they are truly here to be and live the life they've always dreamed of.
