I'm sure you've got a lot going on right now, and exercise may be low down your priority list.
Motherhood is truly a unique experience but time-consuming! Be kind to yourself, you might be really exhausted and depleted and the thought of joining an exercise class would be overwhelming for you too. Remember we can't all afford personal trainers, chefs and nannies so don't let edited pictures on social media make you feel uncomfortable about your body.
Try and make small changes such as:
1. Tapping / Emotional Freedom Technique on body confidence (more about this laterπ)
2. Breathwork - try and take a few conscious breaths each day
3. Move in some way each day - walk, stretch, run, yoga, swim
4. Make one nutritious meal a day
5. Havening - stroke your arms from shoulder to hands to soothe your nervous system
6. Have a nap or lie in or evening lie in a few times a week
7. Gratitude - find some appreciation for your body and how it supports you
8. Grounding - try meditation or standing bare feet on the earth
9. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate π§π§π§
10. Dance around the kitchen to your favourite song!
Try and find time for yourself each day, even if you go round the block twice instead of a long walk. Remember it is a lifestyle choice, not an overnight fix, so don't beat yourself up if you don't get the results you want immediately - love the body you have and it will love you back.

In case you're new to my world here's a little bit about me.
I'm a mum of 3 children, Alice our first born is sadly not with us. Her birth and loss threw me into a deep state of trauma, grief and depression. Pregnant with my second baby, I found Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping.
This technique saved me. It continues to improve my life beyond belief and I am now committed to sharing it as far and wide as possible.
My passion is to hold space for Mums to connect with themselves like they never have before. To help them let go of emotions, traumas, and beliefs of the past - so they can step into who they are truly here to be and live the life they've always dreamed of.
