1. The EFT Practitioner Confidence Reset
A supportive online reset to refresh your skills, revive your confidence, reconnect to your EFT identity, and prepare you for the exam or client work without fear or second-guessing.
2. The Deeper Reset - Multiple Workshops
Advanced EFT for Inner Child, Ego & Parts Work, Ancestral Patterns & Purposeful Transformation
You can join either Reset as a standalone experience or choose to move through both as a supported journey. There is a discount for doing both courses. All sessions will be recorded and available for 1 year.
1. The EFT Practitioner Confidence Reset
For practitioners who trained — but lost confidence, never took the exam, or feel uncertain in sessions.

What’s Included in the EFT Practitioner Confidence Reset

Part 1: 2 x Live Online Refresher Workshops -
• Monday 27th April — 12-1.30 pm GMT
• Thursday 7th May — 7-8.30 pm GMT
(both recorded with 1 year access) - Focus over the two sessions:
• Revisit EFT fundamentals — clarity over structure & flow.
• Common session stumbling blocks practitioners experience.
• Live demonstration of an EFT session.
• Exam structure and examples
• Practical reassurance (& Tapping) for common confidence blocks and self-doubt
• Calm exam anxiety and practical exam mindset support.
• Q&A and reflections. -
Part 2 — Practice + Integration
This section is all about embodied confidence through doing.Two Guided Practice Sessions:
• Monday 11th May — 12-2 pm GMT
• Friday 15th May —7-9 pm GMT join one or both sessions
(both recorded with 1 year access)Each includes:
• Recap of session flow.
• Breakout tapping and paired practice (in breakout rooms).
• Feedback and Q&A
• Confidence focus rounds. -
Ongoing Support - Two-Month Community Access (Q&A Group)

What’s Included in the Deeper Reset
- 4 Modules x 1.5 hour training sessions live and recorded. Each module will include a short demo.
- Module 1: Friday 5th June 12.00-1.30 pm - Inner Child Tapping (for use with specific memories or periods of time of repeated behaviours such as neglect and trauma). An alternative approach to the Movie Technique, you'll learn how to safely work with the versions of us frozen in the past, seeking resolution.
- Module 2: Ego & Parts Work (great for strong blocks and resistance). This will help you understand the Ego, identify its blocking nature, communicate with it, get the Ego on side and accelerate your work.
- Module 3: Ancestral Trauma & Past Life Healing. Learn when to ask the client to connect with this energy, and tools and techniques to help the client release the pattern that is subconsciously impacting their lives.
- Guidance on responding when ancestral or inherited patterns arise
- A structured method for identifying the purpose of habits, behaviours, and beliefs
- EFT approaches for softening and releasing core limiting beliefs
- Case examples or demonstrations to illustrate deeper-session dynamics
- Space for reflection and questions to support confident integration
This module is designed to expand your confidence in depth without pushing you beyond your scope or capacity.
