Day 2: Tapping for Gratitude
Welcome to Day 2 of your 3-Day Reconnection Challenge! Today, we focus on letting go of lack and inviting more abundance through the powerful practice of gratitude. By tapping for gratitude, we create space to notice and appreciate the blessings already present in our lives, shifting from a mindset of “not enough” into one of true abundance.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Tapping Session: Follow along with the video to release any lingering feelings of scarcity and open up to the simple gifts you may have been overlooking.
  2. Reflect & Write: Take a few moments to journal about what you’re grateful for. Write down 3–5 things, pause to really feel that sense of gratitude, and notice how it lifts your mood. If you can, share your gratitude with someone else—it not only strengthens your own practice, but also nurtures your relationships.

Remember, gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring life’s challenges; it helps balance them by recognizing the good that coexists. Over time, this practice becomes a lens through which you naturally see the world—and you’ll begin to spot more of the miracles that await you.
