It was so great to share this special time with you today and for those doing the replay, I hope you connect with our energy and enjoy that too.

Before you start get a candle, pen, journal and have some water to hand.

Follow along with us doing the journal exercises, the prompts are below. Make sure to do the connecting and grounding meditation first as that will help connect to your heart for the answers.

  • What message does your shadow have for you?
  • What common negative emotion do you feel most intensely and ask this emotion what message does it have? What is it trying to tell you?
  • What are you most afraid of revealing to others?
  • What do you wish you could say or do without fear of judgement, or fear of abandonment?
  • What stressful or negative patterns keep repeating in your life?
    • Look at that pattern - did it start with you or is it ancestral and or Past Life related?
    • What is that pattern trying to tell you - ask it for a message?
  • What does your negative voice tell you on repeat?
    • Who’s voice is it?
  •  What strengths and gifts do I embody that I am afraid to share with the world?
