It was so great to share this special time with you today and for those doing the replay, I hope you connect with our energy and enjoy that too.

Before you start get a candle, pen, journal and have some water to hand.

Follow along with us doing the journal exercises, the prompts are below. Make sure to do the connecting and grounding meditation first as that will really help connect to your heart for the answers.

  • Where did I first learn to doubt myself?
    • Can I recall a specific moment from childhood, school, or relationships where I started questioning my worth?
  • Whose voice is behind my inner critic?
    • Is my inner judgment truly my own, or is it something I heard from a parent, teacher, or society?
  • What do I believe I’m “not enough” of?
    • Not smart enough, successful enough, lovable enough? Where did this belief come from?
  • What are the patterns and impact of self-doubt that shows up in my life?
  • Do I shrink in certain situations? Procrastinate? Avoid taking action? Seek approval?
  • What does my inner critic fear the most?
    • Is it rejection, failure, or judgment? What is it trying to protect me from?
  • Where do I struggle to offer myself compassion?
  • If I fully accepted myself, how would my life be different?
    • How would I show up in relationships, at work, in my creative pursuits?

Top of the Head: I am loved.
Eyebrow: I allow myself to receive love and abundance.
Side of Eye: I am enough exactly as I am.
Under Eye: I am special—my existence proves that.
Under Nose: I radiate love and warmth, like the energy of the sun.
Chin: I am worthy purely because I exist.
Collarbone: I choose myself every day.
Under Arm: I am allowed to express all my emotions, even the difficult ones.

IF: I am grateful for all that I am and all that I am becoming.

BF: I allow love, joy, and abundance to flow to me with ease.

Top of the Head: I am free to express my emotions and needs.
Eyebrow: I trust in my own worth and value.
Side of Eye: I radiate confidence, love, and warmth.
Under Eye: I fully embrace myself and my journey.

Under Nose: I love myself just as I am
Chin: I am completely enough
Collarbone: I am perfectly imperfect
